Your opportunity to join us
We are seeking a detail-driven and organised Stock Controller to join our Distribution team at our Truganina, Victoria site on a permanent full-time basis. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing all functions of stock, spares and equipment -keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently every day.
If you're experienced in stores or warehouse environments and take pride in accuracy, ownership and doing things the right way, this is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive and stable team.

Daily Tasks
- Managing all functions of stock, spares and equipment to support sustainable operations
- Tracking and recording inventory spending and stock levels through the Maximo Computerised Management System
- Maintaining accurate record keeping for financial budget accruals within Maximo
- Liaising daily with the Procurement Administrator across PO transactions, delivery receipting and goods returns
- Standardising mandatory stock control procedures in collaboration with the Engineering Manager
