Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our regional sales operation in Marbella. The Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales process and day-to-day sales team operations, ensuring delivery against revenue targets and efficiency metrics. You will design and refine sales processes, continuously improve documentation and collateral, and closely collaborate with marketing, design, product, and compliance to drive growth and quality across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years managing sales and/or business development teams, ideally in high-growth or international environments.
- Demonstrated metrics-driven success, such as:
- Growing revenue to a defined target (X million range).
- Increasing LTV while maintaining or growing ARPU.
- Reducing CAC by a measurable percentage while sustaining growth.
- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or brokerage firms, with familiarity with trading platforms, financial products, and regulatory constraints.
- Experience working with both private (retail)



clients and business (B2B) clients, adjusting approach and sales cycle accordingly.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales performance tools, including reporting and dashboarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; able to motivate teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Fluent English required; Spanish or other European languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree welcomed but not mandatory.
