At Technosylva, we are redefining software quality benchmarks within the wildfire management sector. We are seeking a Staff QA Engineer to spearhead the technical vision of our Quality Engineering team and elevate our testing capabilities to the next level.

This leadership role extends beyond execution: you will define the technical direction for automation, drive the intensive integration of artificial intelligence into testing workflows, and serve as the organizational authority for quality metrics analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership
- Automation Strategy: Define and evolve the technical automation strategy, resolving high-complexity challenges across pipelines, environments, and frameworks.
- Scalable Solutions: Design complex automation solutions
- Technical Reference: Act as the primary QA authority in architectural decisions, ensuring quality is integrated from the design phase.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Development, Product, and Platform teams to dismantle silos and accelerate the delivery of value.
- Agile Participation:



Contribute a critical and constructive quality perspective during Agile ceremonies.

AI-Driven Testing
- AI Adoption: Lead the intensive implementation of AI across the testing lifecycle, including automated test case generation and failure analysis.
- Research & Evaluation: Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies, transitioning prototypes into production environments.

Quality Metrics & Analytics
- Metrics Modeling: Design and evolve the organizational model for quality metrics, including coverage, defect escape rate, and flakiness.
- Actionable Insights: Translate data into strategic insights for Engineering, Product, and Management teams.
- Reporting Systems: Build dashboards that facilitate data-driven decisions regarding product health and team performance.
- Risk Identification: Proactively identify quality trends and potential risks before they impact client operations.
