As the go-to contact for assignees and P&C;, you’ll manage everything from program applications and policy exceptions to compensation & benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.

What you will do:

Assignee Lifecycle Management:
• Own the onboarding/offboarding process from A to Z, compensation schedules, net-to-net calculations, assignment letters, briefings, and employment terms.
• Collaborate with vendors and be the first point of contact (tax, immigration, relocation, etc.) to guarantee an outstanding experience every step of the way.
Mobility Programs Management:
• Be a trusted advisor
