We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to learn and grow in an international environment. The adecuado candidate has a basic understanding of financial products, APIs, REST services, databases, and Agile methodologies, along with a high level of English (B2+). Previous experience or internships in banking, financial services, or Capital Markets will be highly valued.

Full remote position only for candidates based in Spain.

Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts.
- Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
- Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows,



User Stories).
- Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases.
- Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.
- Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders.

Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Language: High level of English (B2).

Previous internship or 1 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
