What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Integral Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate the development of strategic global bids, RFIs, RFPs, and pitch opportunities across multiple sectors including Travel, Banking, Payment Cards, Telecommunications, Utilities, and Mobility.

Working closely with the Global Head of Tenders, Sales Leaders,



Product Experts, and key stakeholders across AXA Partners, you'll drive proposal excellence from early client/prospect engagement through to proposal submission and presentation.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading complex, multi-country and multi-product bid processes from kick-off to final submission.
Bringing together diverse stakeholder inputs and transforming them into compelling, client-focused proposals that stand out in the market.
Driving project governance, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, risk management, and on-time delivery.
Designing engaging proposal content and presentations that showcase AXA Partners' value proposition and competitive strengths.
Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and client-facing materials that tell a compelling story.
Coaching and supporting commercial teams on bid management best practices and offer development.
