Job Description
The Revenue Distribution Trainee will support the Distribution team in executing commercial and revenue management strategies aimed at maximizing both direct and indirect revenue opportunities. The role also involves assisting with tasks that drive operational excellence within the customer contact center.
This is a multifunctional position, with the trainee potentially contributing across key areas of the Distribution team, including Contact Center, Distribution Optimization, and Distribution Systems.



The role offers flexibility to move between these disciplines based on business needs.
The Revenue Distribution Trainee operates in a support capacity within the Commercial function, contributing to revenue optimization through effective distribution management and performance analysis. The role provides foundational exposure to regional commercial strategy and offers development potential within Revenue Management and Distribution career pathways.
Responsibilities
Audits, Quality Management & Reporting
- Conduct auditing and identify/report issues for timely resolution of external resources.
- Perform call/email quality monitoring to ensure service standards are met.
- Support the implementation and documentation of operational and system changes.
- Reporting & Analytics.
- Provide functional support for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes.
- Other general operational support as required.
