Key Responsibilities

- Establish and strengthen our network of service partners; provide support for warranty, parts, and service operations




- Build partner capabilities in technical support, spare parts, and warranty processes to ensure exceptional customer service
- Coach and train service partners to implement and adhere to our general service standards
- Conduct on‑site audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Take ownership of the warranty process, ensuring efficient claims approval and using warranty data to proactively address quality improvements and parts supply

What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry or mobility services
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer‑oriented mindset
- Results‑oriented with excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time‑management skills
- Great negotiation skills
