We are looking for a Senior Travel Agent with deep industry knowledge who can autonomously manage the travel requests of our B2B clients. You will be the point of contact for our Portuguese - speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and providing customized solutions for every business travel need. Independently manage business travel requests from initial quotation to final confirmation.




Utilize a Global Distribution System (GDS) to plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other necessary services.
Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent, preferably in the business travel (corporate travel) sector.
Fluent command of the Portuguese language (native or C1 level), both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian and English is considered a strong plus.
Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Knowledge of tourism market dynamics, airfare rates, and visa regulations.
A natural problem-solver, skilled in navigating complex situations.
Tech-savvy and proficient with digital tools, demonstrating a keen interest in technology.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
