You’ll be based at our new, modern office in Málaga , working closely with international colleagues to support our customers across Europe. We expect you to take ownership, work with structure, and deliver service that makes people smile.

Tasks

- Help customers with their rental bookings and answer any questions they have about our services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly, always aiming for a positive outcome.
- Assist in managing rental agreements and paperwork to ensure a smooth process for customers.
- Work closely with other departments to make sure customer needs are met and service quality is high.
- Keep track of customer feedback to help improve our services and ensure great experiences.

Requirements

- Fluent in Dutch and English to easily communicate with our diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the technology or automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
