Contract Type : Eventual for 3 months with possibility of extension.
Working Hours : 39 hours per week (Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, including alternating weekends, between 8:00 and 23:00). Training Hours : Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm (at our office in the center of Málaga).

At Foundever, we are specifically looking for passionate individuals who are native-level (C2) Portuguese (pt) speakers with bilingual Spanish level and advanced English (B2 minimum) and have a strong customer service and sales background to enhance our guests' experience.

Sales Opportunities: Receive calls to close reservations in Portuguese for a major hotel chain, combining your customer service skills with sales expertise.
Customer Service Excellence: Perform customer service tasks to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
Professional Development: Language Skills: Native-level (C2) Portuguese (pt) with bilingual Spanish level and advanced English (B2) .
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus.
