We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Head of Product to lead and execute our Product strategies during a critical growth phase. As a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the US and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, attract new users, and retain and engage existing customers. As Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading, defining, executing, and analyzing the impact of a strategic Product roadmap. The position oversees multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts.
Strategic Market and Product Development: Lead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze impact of the strategy within the product team.




Product Execution and Monitoring Data: Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on product performance and development effectiveness; ensure data-driven decision-making across teams.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with HR on budgeting, hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing product team with multiple squads.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication.
~ Data fluency: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc.
~ Experience with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, VWO, JIRA, and product documentation.
~ Background in UX/UI principles and accessibility standards; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical MSc is a plus.
