At Kena by Akiro , located on the Rooftop of El Robusto Marbella 5 *, Japanese precision meets vibrant Peruvian flavors. Conceived as a premier sunset destination, Kena merges Nikkei gastronomy, signature mixology, and a lively social atmosphere. Therefore, we are seeking a result-oriented Bar Manager (Jefe/a de Barra) in Marbella, Spain .
In this leadership role, you will act as the ultimate owner of our rooftop bar. Specifically, you will direct bar team workflows and curate the beverage selection alongside the F&B; Manager. You will also manage stock costs and drive beverage revenue across every shift. By doing so, you will combine your mixology expertise with strict service standards.

Your Mission: Mixology Excellence & Bar Leadership
Your primary goal involves driving beverage success across our rooftop Nikkei dining space. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional mixology leadership and team supervision. At the same time, you will keep the bar station organized. You will also align your area with strict resort standards.



Therefore, you will manage daily bar mise en place and conduct weekly inventory audits. Additionally, you will control shrinkage and mentor your team on upselling. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our reputation for luxury excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Briefings: Conduct daily mini-briefings to communicate goals. Furthermore, review critical service procedures and lead the bar team across all shifts.
- Beverage Menu Management: Manage signature cocktails, sakes, wines, and spirits in close coordination with the F&B; Manager.
- Purchasing & Supplier Negotiation: Oversee bar purchasing and negotiate with suppliers. Consequently, you will ensure optimal stock availability at all times.
