As a member of the Global People Services (GPS) team, you will create an irresistible employee experience while responding to employee inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for our integral workforce. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in‑office presence. The Global People Services (GPS) team is responsible for delivering high‑quality services to employees across various employment lifecycle and people program needs, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and compliance. They are dedicated to continuously improving the delivery of people services and strive for excellence in their work.
Provide compensation changes reports to payroll and finance for monthly actioning.
With high focus on compliance, support with financial audits and government surveys, Works Council coordination,



perform HR data audits. Maintain employee records, ensure data integrity and accuracy following GDPR regulations.
Support with projects; implementation of new processes/services/policies and optimization opportunities in collaboration with other CoEs as PBP, Systems, Total Rewards, Payroll.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects successfully
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and ability to communicate effectively in French/Dutch/German and have a conversational level in Spanish
ServiceNow and Workday HCM experience
