Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, terminations, contract preparation, and contractual amendments.
Assist with the monthly payroll process by collecting and reviewing payroll-related information and employee records.
Keep HR databases and employee records up to date.
Manage access requirements and documentation for workplaces, including El Corte Inglés.
Assist in monitoring Health & Safety documentation for employees and workplaces.
Manage documentation related to medical examinations, mandatory training, and risk assessments.
Talent Acquisition
Publish job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and channels.
Participate in employer branding, talent attraction, and employee engagement initiatives.
