Your Mission
As a Lead Management Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for online customers, representing the BYD brand with expertise and enthusiasm. Your mission is to guide prospects throughout their digital journey, qualify their needs, and ensure a seamless transition to our dealer network, ultimately contributing to strong sales performance and customer satisfaction.
What you´ll bedoing
- Managing inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and web forms with speed, professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Conducting outbound calls, messages and follow-ups to generate and nurture new commercial opportunities.




- Qualifying leads while effectively communicating BYD values and the key differentiators of our NEV models.
- Matching customers with the appropriate dealer and ensuring a smooth, high-quality handover.
- Following up with dealers to monitor lead progress, support the closing process and maximize conversion rates.
- Collecting customer feedback and market insights to suggest improvements in marketing and commercial strategies.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, sales and after-sales teams.
- Participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and digital sales techniques.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service or lead management (ideally in automotive
