As a Service Engineer (Portugal) , you will be responsible for providing both post-sales technical support, ensuring the proper performance of our photovoltaic and energy storage solutions.
What you’ll do
- Provide post-sales technical support to clients (distributors, installers, EPCs).
- Participate in post-sales support, resolving technical queries.
- Perform commissioning and on-site technical support (~20%).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in PV and ESS systems.
- Manage and follow up on technical tickets until resolution.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients and partners.
- Deliver technical training sessions on products and solutions.
- Act as the technical interface between clients and manufacturers.
- Support key events and trade fairs when technical presence is required.
