Central Operations (CO) is a strategic initiative within Amazon Logistics (AMZL) to develop scalable solutions for the increasingly complex last mile delivery network. It focuses on forecasting, route planning, demand scheduling, and last mile delivery. We seek an Operations Manager with a proven track record of operational excellence to lead scalability efforts, develop strong processes and culture, and operate effectively in high ambiguity environments. Lead a team of Managers and Logistics Associates to optimize day-to-day operations and projects for EU CO, focusing on KPIs such as forecast accuracy and process adherence/improvement.
Drive performance metrics, program scoping, rollout, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.




Develop best practices and standard work for the network.
Communicate proactively with various departments, maintain high service levels, and resolve issues impacting business continuity.
Maintain and report accurate statistics, management reports, and analysis.
