We are looking for a Systems Engineer to own the infrastructure that makes THEKER's intelligence stack run. Our robots operate in real client environments and generate continuous data streams. That data needs to flow reliably from the field to the systems where it gets processed, stored, and acted on. You will join a small engineering team at an early stage. You start with a clean slate, and the architectural decisions you make now will shape how the system scales as deployments grow. The software and AI engineers who work alongside you depend on infrastructure that does not fail.



Day‐to‐day, you will manage servers and cloud infrastructure, design integration layers between hardware systems and data backends, and set up monitoring so the team can trust the systems are healthy. You will work closely with software and AI engineers who move fast and need solid infrastructure underneath them.
Solid experience managing and deploying systems on local servers or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong understanding of systems architecture principles: scalability, reliability, and performance across infrastructure layers
Experience designing integration layers between data‐producing systems and storage backends
Working knowledge of relational and non‐relational databases. Comfortable with schema design and query writing, and clear on when to reach for each type
Solid Python skills for scripting, automation, and systems integration
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environme
