Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions. You will provide proactive advice and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes, leveraging technical knowledge of our lighting products.
Qualifications
Communicative with smooth conversations
Prior customer service experience
Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and multitasking
Fluent in Dutch and English
Additional language fluency is a plus
Strong stress tolerance and composure under pressure
Patient, good listener, and commercial insight




Residing in Barcelona and able to work in the office at least 60% of contract hours
Spanish Social Security Number or NIE

Working Schedule
Fulltime employment, 40 hours per week, 5 days of 8 hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, with a free hour. Working on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays may be required on a voluntary basis with allowance or extra free days.
