As a Technical Support Advisor , you will support customers with technical issues related to TV and audiovisual products, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience.
What You'll Do
Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot TV and audiovisual device issues
Guide customers step-by-step to resolve problems
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
Native or C1+ level in Danish
Good level of English
Interest in technology and troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus
What's Offered
Salary: €21,400 gross/year
Bonus: Up to €1,800 gross/yeari

Full-time ( 39h/week, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 )
On-site in Malaga
