As part of the Hospitality Operations team, you will:

Oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties across the East region of Spain.
Support the operational management of our East region portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Limehome’s quality and performance standards.
Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and guest feedback to help drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate and support on-site employees across your region, ensuring they maintain properties up to standard, handle repairs, maintenance, and improvements effectively, and comply with SLAs and Limehome standards.
Liaise with internal and external teams (technical providers, contractors, landlords, etc.) to ensure high-quality and efficient service.
Work closely with internal management and other stakeholders to align regional goals with company strategy and contractual obligations.
Participate in pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, assisting with technical readiness and operational handover.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management,



or a related field — or have equivalent professional experience.
You are fully fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Experience in hospitality, facility management, or real estate operations is a strong plus.
You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
You’re ready to take ownership of a large and diverse region, ensuring high performance and smooth operations.
You’re comfortable working with project management software & tools, and quick to learn new ones.
