Your role We are looking for an Industrial Systems Engineer to play a key role in enabling THEKER’s growth through structured, scalable deployments.
You will sit at the intersection of engineering and customer delivery, ensuring that our robotic systems are clearly defined, documented and structured for real‑world installations. Your work will directly impact how fast and reliably we can deploy new systems, replicate projects and expand across customers.
Beyond customer deployments,



you will also help formalize and protect our innovation by structuring technical knowledge in support of our intellectual and industrial property strategy. This role turns engineering complexity into scalable assets that accelerate growth.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar).
Strong understanding of physical systems and how they are deployed in industrial environments.

Fluent technical English.
Exposure to intellectual or industrial property processes.
Experience in regulated or standards‑driven industries (industrial automation, robotics, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, etc.).
