Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent to Malaga
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our client’s operations in Malaga. Start ASAP in this daytime hybrid role (mix of office and remote work).
What you’ll do
You will provide frontline support and ensure clients get the help they need, working across multiple systems and projects. Your tasks will include
Providing technical troubleshooting and support for advanced energy storage and smart charging products.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional, clear, and timely assistance.
Guiding clients and installers through step-by-step solutions, explaining complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
Logging, tracking, and following up on incidents to ensure efficient resolution.
Coordinating with internal teams and other specialists to handle complex issues.
Supporting clients during high-demand periods and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Excellent communicator, able to adjust tone depending on the client or situation.
