Performance Tools Manager - (F/M)
We are looking for a Performance Tools Manager who will ensure the steady and fluid of the team by checking correct operation of Mission Performance tools, developing new software, defining new requirement and managing the development and acceptance of the tools. For these activities, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in satellite navigation (GNSS) and 3 years’ experience in a field relevant to management and development of software and tools , with a very good level of English (minimum B2).
Coordination of the team of 4 people ,



in charge of maintaining and evolving Mission Performance Tools,
Maintain performance tools , networks and connections ; Management and control the obsolescence and guarantee of Mission Performance tools,
Management of observation reports, configuration management , control of changes and documentation management ,
Raise Observation Reports for the anomalies found in Performance Tools and participate actively in the Observation Report Board and the follow-up of the anomalies,
Maintain and develop scripts and software related to the exploitation of tools,
Maintain and evolve the User Performance Continuous Monitoring Tool and similar software developed to provide real time information to users (internal and external users),
Be responsible of the acceptance of new or evolved performance tools and to participate actively during the corresponding industry qualification milestones,
Support to the system and service Change Control Boards and related ta
