We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work at the heart of our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to support one of Europe's most exciting AI companies during a pivotal stage of growth.
What You'll Do
Act as right‐hand support to the CEO, with additional coordination across the executive leadership team
Protect leadership time by managing complex, multi‐time‐zone calendars, priorities, and high‐volume inboxes with autonomy
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa logistics
Prepare briefing notes, board materials, presentations, agendas, and meeting follow‐ups




Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Lead high‐impact operational and strategic projects on behalf of the executive team
Support employer branding and culture by co‐leading engagement events, offsites, and milestone celebrations
Be a key presence in our offices, working on‐site when needed
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or C‐level executives in a high‐growth startup, scale‐up, technology company, consulting environment, or fast‐paced corporate setting
Comfortable operating in dynamic, constantly‐changing environments with ambiguity and urgency
Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Strong prioritisation instincts — you know what matters, what can wait, and what needs action now
Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional when handling sensitive information
