As an Assistant Store Leader at Dyson, you are the visible ambassador of our pioneering brand. You lead and develop your team through hands‑on management, active coaching, and a focus on relentless improvement. You drive the creation of exceptional customer experiences, build loyal customer relationships, and never stop raising the bar—always pushing ahead, always innovating. Key Responsibilities

- Find and act on new opportunities to increase sales and profits and seek ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Propose, test and implement new services or operational improvements
- Take full responsibility for store performance and standards—treat the store as your own
