As Regional Operations Manager, you will own the performance of a portfolio spanning 7 assets, 4,500 units, and more than €1 billion in assets under management — with a direct line of sight from strategic planning through to day-to-day execution.
You will lead a team built for scale: an Operations Manager who oversees the full portfolio sits directly beneath you, supported by a General Manager embedded in each asset. Key Responsibilities Performance & NOI Growth
Develop and own comprehensive annual business plans for each asset,



translating strategic objectives into clear operational roadmaps.
Lead the budgeting and reforecasting cycle, holding the team accountable to financial targets and acting swiftly on performance gaps.
Operations & Asset Management
Define and manage procurement relationships for operating supplies, equipment, and essential services.
Invest actively in the development of the Operations Manager and General Managers, creating clear growth paths and a pipeline of internal talent.
Recruit, onboard, and manage performance of team members in line with Company policies and values.
Act as a key operational voice in shaping the business plan for future portfolio acquisitions and developments in Spain.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders — including asset management, investment, and finance teams — to ensure seamless cross‑functional alignment
