TechDelivery is partnering with a leading international company in the insurance sector currently undergoing a large-scale digital transformation to strengthen its collaboration, security, and automation capabilities across global operations.
They are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join the General Workplace division, supporting and evolving the Microsoft 365 platform that connects thousands of users across multiple countries.
Role Overview
The Microsoft 365 Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and evolving the Microsoft 365 environment in a complex, enterprise‑scale infrastructure. This position covers areas such as messaging, collaboration, compliance, and automation, ensuring the highest standards of performance, governance, and data protection.
Key Responsibilities




- Manage and maintain all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and related services.
- Configure and administer tenant settings, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including High‑Level and Low‑Level Design documents, configuration specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide 3rd/4th level technical support, ensuring proper knowledge transfer to L2 operations teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal IT stakeholders for complex incident resolution.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance, security, and data protection standards.
- Support hybrid deployments, migrations, and integrations between on‑premises and cloud systems.
