Your main purpose
- Write CRM and email marketing copy for both brands, aligned with brand tone of voice across the full customer lifecycle (awareness, consideration, booking, pre‑stay, post‑stay): including promotional campaigns, aspirational storytelling, loyalty communications, retention sequences,



lifecycle automations, and transactional messaging.
- Develop modular copy frameworks and reusable templates for recurring CRM use cases to improve efficiency and ensure consistency.
- Produce high‑volume copy variations for testing, optimization, and personalization – including subject lines, preheaders, headlines, body copy, and CTAs.
- Adapt messaging for different audiences and segments: prospects, families, couples, loyalty tiers, source markets, and lifecycle stages.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of CRM automation by providing optimized copy for automated workflows; support content team in developing brand narratives and messaging frameworks; provide occasional copy support for social media captions, brand campaigns, and editorial content when required.
- Write and maintain website copy for both brands, including brand events, property pages, offer pages, landing pages, and SE
