As a Longtail Account Manager DACH , you'll own a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the DACH region. You will be building lasting relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving commercial outcomes across both our Travel and Spend products.
Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support, anticipating customer needs while responding effectively to inbound queries and issues.
Gain a deep understanding of Perk’s products to guide customers through each stage of their journey and maximize the value they get from the platform, whether they’re managing business travel, company spend, or both.
Native or advanced level of German and fluent English .
