Junior System Administrator (Call center – Sprinklr Platform)

Assist in managing the contact center platform, ensuring it is properly configured and working, including customer contact channels such as IVR, email, chatbot, live chat, and the contact form.
Support the configuration and maintenance of the knowledge base.
Assist in omni‑channel configuration across platforms including CRM and order management.
Support IVR system configurations, including messaging and routing.
Collaborate with Operations and Data Insights to suggest simple configuration improvements.
Assist in managing telecommunications infrastructure including local rate, toll‑free, and international direct dial network numbers.
Some experience or internships in managing or supporting contact center platforms is a plus, but not required.
B2/C1 level English (verbal, reading, writing)

Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar platforms, including basic understanding of IVR, case management, email, chatbots, and assisted chat is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.
