We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Event Associate to boost our presence at key conferences while driving digital engagement. In this role, you'll not only handle the logistical organization and execution of events but also participate in the promotion of our participation. You'll be able to get your hands on everything from vendor coordination to on-site support, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to maximize visibility and ensure smooth execution.

With team support manage conference participation and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, team support, and hotel bookings
Assist with conference & event requests and ensure efficient organization of materials and activities
Travel to conferences to assist with event management and product demonstrations
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to prepare for events and manage inquiries
Help coordinate conference agendas and participation with Sales/BD teams
Support the Marketing team in online event planning initiatives
Digital Marketing

Manage event-related email campaigns and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement at conferences
Support social media channels, including content creation, posting and reporting on LinkedIn and Twitter
Assist with content creation for blog posts and educational materials
