- At least 3 years of experience in test automation and framework implementation.
- Hands on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
- Strong hands‑on experience in RESTful API testing and automation , particularly using Postman , including: designing and executing automated API test collections, using Postman scripts and Newman for CI/CD execution, validating RESTful endpoints, status codes, payloads, and performance.




- Deep understanding of API design principles and experience testing RESTful services integrated with front‑end and back‑end systems.
- Experience designing automation frameworks using open‑source technologies aligned to the development tech stack
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control (Bitbucket/Git)
- Working knowledge of SQL for test data and validation
- Experience writing test strategy, test plans, test cases and defect reporting processes
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using Jira
- Excellent analytical skills, communication and ability to coordinate test governance across multiple teams
- Domain knowledge in HR, Time & Payroll is a plus
- Hybrid setting in Barcelona.
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Define, design and maintain test governance across multiple teams to ensure consistent quality practices
- Lead the automation strategy and roadmap, aligning with development and delivery pipelines
