Sales Development Representative
At Amenitiz, your role is to generate outbound qualified opportunities for the Sales team by contacting, listening to, and influencing prospects with solution‑based selling.
Your mission
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of Amenitiz through cold calling in your assigned territory.
- Leverage our pitch to persuade potential customers and generate interest in a live demo of our solution.
- Quickly build trust and engagement with prospects by actively listening to their individual cases.
- Manage leads efficiently and consistently, guaranteeing a steady volume of revenue opportunities month after month.
- Ensure the highest quality of prospective client information in our CRM (HubSpot) for a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and deliver an efficient acquisition strategy for your assigned area.
- Work at a fast pace and handle large volumes of prospects.
- Contribute to company‑wide objectives and the development of a fast‑growing startup.

About you




- 1+ year of experience in a high‑volume sales environment.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passionate about what you do and always willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset, always pushing beyond targets and striving for continuous improvement.
- Healthy competitive nature without sacrificing teamwork.
- Tech‑savvy, entrepreneurial, and knowledgeable about current technology trends.
- Experience in business development for online travel, hospitality tech, and/or SaaS is a big plus.
