How you will shape Prophero:
- Communicating with leads in a proactive and enthusiastic manner.
- Sorting and qualifying leads to ensure the best prospects are prioritized.
- Booking calls for the sales closers, optimizing their schedules.
- Introducing PropHero to potential clients,



ensuring they understand our value proposition.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of a high-quality leads database.

What you will bring to our team:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead management is a plus but not required.
- Education: Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of a degree in Business Administration (ADE) or a related field.
- General Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of proactivity and initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
- Based in: Madrid. Availability to go to the office in a hybrid format.
