The role and its impact on Verisure Technology
The Compliance & ESG Strategy team plays a key role in embedding sustainability and regulatory compliance into Verisure’s Technology ecosystem.
We are looking for a motivated and analytically strong intern to support Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) modelling and product sustainability initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in applying environmental methodologies to real technology products, working closely with R&D;, Procurement, and suppliers.
You will contribute to building robust Life Cycle Inventories (LCI), modelling environmental impacts using specialised LCA software, and supporting decision‑making by providing actionable sustainability insights across our product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the collection, structuring,



and validation of Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) data in collaboration with R&D;, Procurement, and external suppliers
- Assist in the modelling of LCAs using specialised software (e.g. SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA or equivalent)
- Understand product architecture and translate into LCA models
- Contribute to the interpretation of LCA results, identifying environmental hotspots and improvement opportunities
- Engage with suppliers to collect technical and environmental data required for lifecycle modelling
- Work with R&D; teams to understand product architecture (components, materials, electronics) and translate it into LCA models
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability considerations into product development processes
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate LCA insights
- Ensure data traceability, consistency, and methodological robustness
