About the role
We are looking for a Project Management Assistant (Trainee) to support the smooth execution of projects within our client services team.
This is a hands‑on internship where you will gain exposure to project management, finance administration and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced healthcare agency environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with project management: Support the account services team coordinating admin tasks to develop campaigns.
Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks related to client management and D365. Be a liaison with the finance department to ensure the processes are followed accordingly.
External interaction:



Collaborate with client services teams to maintain positive client and vendor relationships by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
Team collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including creative and medical departments to ensure seamless project execution.
About You

Degree or Master’s in Business Administration or similar.
Strong interest in project management and agency/healthcare environment.
Availability for at least 6 months and required ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with your school/university.
Good level of English (international environment) and Spanish.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
