At Ferrero, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative Modern Trade to join our Field Sales team in Madrid. As part of one of the world's most iconic Consumer Goods companies, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our commercial strategies across supermarkets and hypermarkets within your territory. Every day will bring new opportunities to influence sales performance, increase brand visibility and contribute directly to the success of Ferrero's portfolio.
Working from Madrid, you will manage a designated route and become a trusted partner for your customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining valuable exposure to Trade Marketing , Retail Sales and Field Sales best practices. You will visit customers and points of sale across the assigned territory, ensuring the highest standards of Point of Sale Execution and commercial excellence.



A key part of the role will involve negotiating visibility opportunities, improving product placement and securing the best possible presence for Ferrero brands in stores.
Furthermore, you will ensure that all centrally negotiated agreements are properly executed at store level while identifying additional opportunities to grow the business.
Analysis will also be an important part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Through Sell-Out Analysis and performance monitoring, you will transform insights into clear action plans that drive results. Alongside these activities, you will work closely with customers to support commercial development, strengthen partnerships and maximize the impact of Ferrero's initiatives across your route.
