Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Experience working with IT teams in banking or insurance sector .
- Strong proficiency with Jira for backend development and project management.
- Experience with one or more frontend frameworks (nice to have) .
- Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) , and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with product design and agile environments.
- Proven experience with customer‑centric development and web services.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).




- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management .
- Create efficient, reusable front‑end components with a user‑centric approach (if applicable).
- Design, optimize, and maintain project structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and customer‑oriented experience .
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment .
- Implement strategic product decisions based on user feedback and business needs .
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product management and customer experience .
