We are expanding our Strategy & Transformation team in Madrid and looking for a Manager with strong consulting experience and a passion for driving change in the Telecom, Media & Technology industry. You will lead strategic and operational transformation projects, working closely with C‐level stakeholders to design innovative business models and implement solutions that create sustainable value.
Responsibilities
Lead end‐to‐end consulting engagements focused on network strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery quality and mentoring junior consultants.
Engage with senior stakeholders to define objectives, challenge requirements, and communicate insights effectively.




Design and implement cost optimization and performance improvement programmes.
Support business development activities: proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
Contribute to internal knowledge assets and best practices for the Telecom, Media & Technology domain.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting or telecom companies, with a focus on strategy and transformation projects.
Solid understanding of telecom architecture across BSS and OSS.
Ability to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
Expertise in project leadership, team management, and client relationship management.
Familiarity with network planning and optimisation tools.
