In this role, as an AI Pilot - that's how we refer to this position at Mindrift - you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide structured thinking, prompt engineering expertise, and quality control to deliver scalable and reliable AI-driven workflows.

About The Role
This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As an AI Workflow Engineer, you'll design, build, and optimize workflows that integrate LLM APIs, creating scalable systems for content generation, communication, and automation.




Key Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate workflows integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar)
- Build and optimize AI-powered automation systems for content generation, enrichment, and communication
- Develop and refine prompt frameworks for consistent, high-quality outputs across workflows
- Create systems for personalized automated outreach (email, messaging flows, lead enrichment)
- Structure and preprocess data to ensure stable model behavior and reliable outputs
- Analyze and improve AI-driven pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy

Compensation
On this project, contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent , depending on their level and pace of contribution.
Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
