As a Spanish-Speaking Technical Product Trainer, you'll deliver engaging product education programs that help customers, partners, and internal teams maximize the value of VWO. You'll combine live training, content creation, and curriculum development to create scalable learning experiences.
Deliver live and virtual product training sessions to Spanish and English-speaking customers.
Build and maintain educational content, including videos, webinars, and written guides.
Develop training curricula for VWO products and CRO best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure training materials reflect product updates.
Track learner feedback and optimize training programs for effectiveness.
2+ years of experience in product training, customer education, or SaaS enablement.
~ Experience designing and delivering training programs.
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
~ Native or professional fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English.
~ Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, or digital marketing.
Experience working with general, distributed teams.
