As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly and reliable voice of our company, managing post-sales inquiries and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Delivering High-Caliber Service: Providing accurate, expert information and support for post-sales requests.
Striving to achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) scores by resolving issues effectively and empathetically.
Collaborating with your colleagues to maintain a successful, high-performing service environment.
Bilingual Proficiency:



You must be proficient or bilingual in Danish (C2 level) .
Advanced English: An advanced level of English (C1/C2) is required for internal communication and documentation.
Prior experience in a similar customer service, call center, or support role is a strong advantage.

Contract & Benefits
Contract & Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours/week contract. Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00.
Salary Package: 20000 - 23000 gross/year, plus the potential to earn up performance bonus.
