We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong technical leadership skills to shape and evolve our backend platform. You will act as a technical reference for the team, take ownership of backend architecture, improve code quality and engineering standards, and help drive a more mature,



engineering‑focused culture.
NET 10, running primarily on Azure PaaS, in an international, English‑speaking environment.
Design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
Lead backend development efforts, driving technical design and architectural decisions.
Own the full software lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Champion engineering excellence by promoting best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, testing strategies).
Ensure system reliability, performance, and observability in production environments.
7+ years of experience in backend development, primarily with .NET / C#.
~ Deep understanding of software engineering principles (Clean Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design, unit/integration testing).
~ Hands‑on experience with REST
