As a Business Controller , you’ll play a key role at the heart of our finance team, partnering closely with the Group Controller to shape financial performance and support strategic decision‑making.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work on financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis—turning numbers into meaningful insights that truly drive the business forward. Your analytical mindset and eye for detail will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across our financial activities.
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Assist in scenario analysis and financial planning to support business strategy.
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide insights.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis

Assist in CAPEX monitoring and investment analysis.
Support business units with financial data and insights to enhance decision‑making.
Process Improvement & Compliance

Ensure compliance with internal controls,



policies, and financial regulations.
Assist in audit processes by preparing financial data and documentation.

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
~3‑5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing.
~ Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, SAP BFC, OneStream, Excel, Power BI).
~ Fluent in English; Spanish & French are a plus.
~ On‑site presence is mandatory (hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home office).
