Prepare the assessment report on service providers and escalates key findings to the Director of Operations.
Assist with updating the key internal control and templates, including the due diligence oversight dashboard, the internal company shared database and any template used for the preparation and completion of the due diligence exercise.
Prepare on‐site and/or remote sessions with fund administrators, depositaries to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or ongoing subjects of interest.
Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of the control framework.
Support with ad‐hoc projects.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel).
