We are looking for a German‐speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high‐performing PPC campaigns.
Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long‐term performance.
Maintain an accurate, up‐to‐date client database.
Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
Native or C2‐level German + fluent English.
Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing,



with strong client‐facing experience.
Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
Specialized Skills for the German Market
Deep understanding of German business practices and cultural nuances.
Ability to answer complex ROI questions and position Google Ads within the digital ecosystem.
Knowledge of GDPR and local data privacy regulations, tailoring outreach accordingly.
Process improvement mindset (efficiency & quality).
