Take on a key role in our Corporate Process Technologies team within Drees & Sommer Digital Services and drive the further development and technical support of our globally deployed HR systems together with us. Use your expertise and your enthusiasm for innovative HR processes to actively contribute to exciting projects. Advise HR stakeholders on the digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development processes.
Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes, fostering seamless connections between succession, development,



performance and skills management.
Configure, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, with a strong focus on Succession & Development.
Design solutions and ensure the implementation of HR technology best practices.
Drive initiatives related to Skills Management, Skills Taxonomies and the development of skills-based organizations.
Support testing, deployment, change management, user adoption and continuous process improvement.
Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Talent Management.
Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions.
A high level of English is required.
