As a Junior Data Translator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the demand for data and AI projects within one of our teams. You will act as the key liaison between technical experts and educational stakeholders, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with institutional goals, deliver measurable impact, and drive data-informed decision‑making.
The adecuado candidate should be able not only to translate business needs into data and AI initiatives, but also to lead or directly execute more technical projects when needed, including data analysis, ETL processes,



and the preparation of datasets for insight generation.
A key aspect of the role is the ability to work with a high level of autonomy, helping the team move faster, respond more effectively to business needs, and enable better activation of data across the organization.

Your role as a Junior Data Translatorwill involve:
Collaborate with business, academic, and operational teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data and AI applications.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable project briefs for data scientists, data engineers, AI specialists, and other technical teams.
Prioritize and manage the pipeline of data and AI projects, balancing strategic goals, operational demands, and available technical capacity.
